Wind Ensemble Earns Top Honors

The Clearview Regional High School Wind Ensemble earned top honors for their performance at the Region III SJBODA Concert Band Festival on Tuesday March 7th. The ensemble earned a "Gold" rating for their performance of Sousa's Washington Post March, Morton Lauridsen's O Magnum Mysterium, and Vincent Persichetti's Pageant.

The wind ensemble finished second overall in the festival, earning an invitation to perform at the New Jersey State Honors Band Gala at The College of New Jersey on Sunday April 30th. This non-competitive event features twelve of the best high school ensembles from the state of New Jersey. This marks the first time in five years the ensemble qualified for this event, and the twelfth time overall.
